NEC016 Cloisonee Bead Choker Cloisonee is a technique in which thin wire partitions-cloisons-are filled with enamel. This choker is was handcrafted from six black-and-white, flower-shaped, hollow cloisonee pieces that each have a rhinestone center. Complementing the pieces are 6.25 mm black faceted Czech glass beads. A sterling silver S-clasp finishes the look. This choker is 15.50 inches (39.37 cm) in length.
